 Q/A

Q: Are the detergents you use harmful to my kids, pets or plants?
A: No, all of our detergents are environmentally safe.

Q: How often should I have my deck/fence stained or sealed?
A: As a rule of thumb, you should plan on refinishing decks every 2 years, especially in this type of climate.  Vertical surfaces, such as fences, receive 40 to 50 percent less radiation from the sunlight than comparable horizontal surfaces. Therefore, we recommend staining/sealing every 3 to 6 years. Wood can stay beautiful forever if you continue to maintain it.

Q: Do you give phone quotes?
A: We can give you a general idea of what a certain service will cost, but since every home is different, we really need to see the surface that needs to be cleaned to give you an accurate quote. We would be glad to give you a free quote.

Q: Is power washing safe for siding, decks and fences?
A: Yes, our company uses environmentally safe products that are strong enough to accomplish the job yet mild enough to protect your investment. We only use enough pressure to help the detergents work. It’s not the pressure that cleans, it’s the cleaner.
